When a problem does come up, Ross has always saved the day. One time a virus completely wiped out my database. Thanks to Ross I had a database back-up. When your e-mail arrived re ‘End of the Summer…………’, though I didn’t need to make use of it, it did remind me of your very competent and efficient service the past month or so.
Until I called you, I wasn’t even aware of all the work my computer needed on it. When your work was completed, it was almost as though I had a new computer. And the way in which you accomplished this nearly boggled my mind.

Ross’s rates are reasonable and his work is excellent. If you have a computer problem, hes the guy to take care of it.

Just wanted to thank you again. I never thought a computer breakdown could actually be painless and I’m so excited that I learned some good tips too! I’ve already signed up for your newsletter. I always think I do a good job of backing up but I realized the last time I saved anything to a thumb drive was April. I feel fortunate that I learned the lesson of how truly important it is on Ashley’s computer. I am going to do the back up on the operating system. (Going to Staples this afternoon to get a few DVD’s) Hope I never need it but it may make life easier if you ever have to put my life back together.
