Avast! Me Avast is gone!

by Ross

Lately, I have been getting emails from my customers that their Avast will expire in less than 30-days.  It seems since Avast changed their site, logo, and upgraded their setup file, as well as their program, the license key is no longer importing over when there are Avast updates.  Don’t Panic, you won’t lose your Avast. It’s just that I have to insert it in the right area and it takes it fine.

In the meantime, it has been scaring all of you that are using the old format to click on links to purchase the new full product or free trial set up file, that has the full version only good for a short time then you would have to purchase.  Please do not click on anything until you contact me and I can fix it.  I already have to fix and put out fires because some of my clients are getting scared and clicking the new (not necessary) links, which will cause me to uninstall the whole program just to reinstall the free version. Not really a problem, but it just takes longer.

If you have faced this problem or need any other assistance, contact me at (623) 247-0290.

Yours in Computer Repair,

Ross King
